Pastoral Leadership

Caleb Stomberg

Pastor Caleb grew up in a faithful Christian home. He felt called to preach the Word as a young adult. He attended Boyce Bible College under Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and completed his undergraduate in Classical Studies at the University of North Dakota. Prior to serving at Legacy, Caleb served in a few churches as either pastor, non-vocational elder, or church planter.

A native of East Grand Forks, Caleb has long had a heart for the area and a desire to see more faithful churches established here. He and his wife, Lindsey, have been married for 14 years, and they have 7 children together which they homeschool.

Caleb is passionate about helping believers recover from cultural Christianity. Though fortunate to have had parents who were faithful to teach him about Christ, he came to realize as a young husband and father that much of what was common and expected practice in Christian homes throughout the history of the church seemed foreign. He desires to help believers recover the rich heritage and disciplines that helped previous generations create truly Christian homes and affect real change in their communities.

He enjoys hunting and target shooting, woodworking, and reading (especially Tolkien).
